Knee

We have experience with different kinds of knee injuries, from the meniscus to the rehabilitation after getting a prosthesis.

Ankle & Foot

Ankle injuries are usually caused by a rotational injury, where the ankle becomes twisted, turned, or rolled while walking or running. 

Hand & Wrist

Our experience tells us that hand and elbow injuries are often treated locally and not from their source. We make sure to focus on finding the source of it.

Shoulder

Shoulder stability exercises are essential for building robust shoulders, especially after an injury. Scapular stabilization is crucial for producing standard movement patterns that the shoulder joint demands and requires.

Neck & Back

The most common cause of acute back or neck pain is a muscle injury and may be caused by overuse, poor body posture, or repetitive motions that cause continual stress on the back or neck muscles.

Elbow

Tendinitis of the elbow is a sports injury, often from playing tennis or golf. You may also get tendinitis from overuse of the elbow.
