He’s worked at the highest levels of world athletics and with multiple national, world, and Olympic Champions. He’s worked at two Olympic Games, with elite rugby and soccer teams. He holds Masters's degree in both Sports Physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning, as well as an MBA.

He has written and co-edited 2 internationally best-selling textbooks on high-performance and rehabilitation, and the new edition of High-Performance Training For Sports has just been released and which is the main topic of this episode.
